Underwater Node Deployment

Our Mainport Cedar vessel was involved in an interesting project over the last few days which involved the deployment of 50 nodes to specific locations on the sea bed. These nodes will measure environmental conditions like temperature, sound, pollution and sediment levels etc.. for scientific data collection purposes. The nodes will be collected again by the vessel in a few weeks time.
