New Investment

Mainport have announced a multi-million euro equity investment from MML that will go into its marine services subsidiary, Mainport Shipping Limited. MML’s investment comes from its €145 million private equity fund in Irish SMEs supported by the Ireland Strategic Investment Fund, AIB and international institutional investors. 

The deal will see MML become a significant minority shareholder in Mainport Shipping but the management team with stay in place with Dave Ronayne at the helm.
